Scenario
A Montana ranching family faces off against others who are encroaching on their land. Lloyd is played by Forrie J. Smith, a seasoned rodeo veteran. John Dutton (Kevin Costner) often seems to "forget" his Montana accent and drifts back into the SoCal-speaking voice he usually uses… Featured on WatchMojo: 10 Best Summer TV Shows That Aren’t on Your Radar (2018). This is the kind of show where cowboy/western life meets big-city mob life. This show is well-acted, the first two episodes are well-written, and it leaves you wanting more after each episode. Not to mention the scenery in Montana and Utah is beautiful. The Duttons remind me of Ewing from the 70s drama “Dallas.” In short, Yellowstone is "Dallas" meets "The Sopranos".
